基序抗体

简介

基序特异抗体能识别含有磷酸化残基的蛋白(特定激酶的底物)、结合基序或者其他含有磷酸化基序的蛋白,CST公司专有(美国专利号:6,441,140;6,982,318;7,259,022;7,344,714;U.S.S.N. 11,484,485;并在其它国家同样生效)。这种磷酸化基序抗体能对来自人类激酶组不同类群激酶的底物以及分子标记进行定性和定量。

磷酸化基序抗体有广泛的用途,它能检测特定的磷酸化蛋白序列,也能与2D-SDS-PAGE等分离手段联用从而检测或鉴定特定的磷酸化蛋白。

这些基序抗体还能与PhosphoScan®联用。PhosphoScan®技术是CST专有的一种可用于发现和定量翻译后修饰位点的质谱技术。

基序抗体也被用于药物发现,作为体外分析激酶和磷酸酶活性的检测抗体。
