Specificity / Sensitivity

Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L), (PE Conjugate) reacts with heavy and light chain of most rabbit immunoglobulins. No cross-reactivity to other serum proteins has been detected.

Less than 1% cross-reactivity is observed with immunoglobulins from other species.


Affinity purified goat anti-rabbit IgG (H+L) antibody is conjugated to R-phycoerythrin. This product has been optimized for use as a secondary antibody in flow applications. Excitation is 450-580 nm and peak emission is 590 nm.

Flow cytometric analysis of Jurkat cells, untreated (green) or treated with LY294002 #9901, Wortmannin #9951, and U0126 #9903 (blue), using Phospho-Akt (Ser473) (D9E) XP® Rabbit mAb #4060. Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L), (PE Conjugate) was used as a secondary antibody.

Directions for Use

The optimal dilution of the secondary antibody should be determined for each application. However, a final dilution of 1:500 should yield acceptable results for most flow cytometry applications.
