Major Responsibilities/主要职责

-      According to company sales target, manage sales territories to complete the sale task

根据公司指标规划所管辖区域,实施销售计划及策略,完成销售任务

-      Be familiar with sales territories to collect sales information

充分了解所管辖区域,搜集销售信息

-      Visit the customer initiatively. Understand customer requirements and interact with  customers, grow new clients as well as manage and retain the current customer

积极拜访客户,理解客户需求,多与客户互动;增加新客源,管理及维护老客户

-      Serve also as the point of contact for both pre-sales and post-sales support issues

提供客户服务,解决售前、售后客户疑问

-      With company's advertising campaign to enhance the company's brand image

    配合公司组织各类活动,提高公司产品品牌形象

-      Complete the company’s report and statement timely

及时完成公司规定的各项报告及报表

-    Other tasks arranged by company/完成公司安排的其他工作事项

 

Education, Qualifications and Skills/背景要求

-     Master degree or above majored in biology, medicine and pharmacy or other related subjects/硕士及以上学历,主修生物学,医学或药学及相关专业

-     Min 2 years working experiences in biology, medicine and pharmacy or related fields at MNC/在跨国公司从事生物学,医学,药学或相关领域工作至少2年

-     Excellent oral and written English/良好的英语口语及写作能力

-     Strong PC skills: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint

   熟练使用办公软件MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint

-        Positive attitude to multi-task, prioritize and goal-focused/工作积极,条理清晰,主次分明,以目标为重点

-        Strong interpersonal communication skills/较强的人际沟通技巧
